Practical Tips
Book early. June is peak season in Paris. Hotel availability and rates are significantly better when booked several months in advance.
Any central arrondissement works. Thanks to the density of the metro network, the 1st through 15th arrondissements remain very practical for attending the conference.
Paris Visite travel pass. If you plan to use public transport more than twice a day, the weekly pass is usually more economical than individual tickets.
Airport access. CDG is connected by RER B (~40 min) and Orly by Metro 14 (~25 min). See the Conference Venue page for full details.
