Passport and Visa
Participants travelling to France may require a visa depending on their nationality. Please complete all necessary administrative procedures well in advance of the conference.
All foreign nationals entering France must comply with the applicable entry and stay regulations. Depending on your nationality, a valid visa may be required to attend IEEE ISIE 2027 in Paris.
Participants are strongly encouraged to consult the official French consular services or the French embassy in their country to determine the visa requirements applicable to their situation. The official reference is the France-Visas website.

- Last name (exactly as shown in passport)

- Country of citizenship

Important Recommendation
Participants are advised to begin the visa process as early as possible, since processing times may vary significantly depending on the country of residence and the French consulate in charge. Invitation letters will be sent within a few business days after receiving a complete request.
Visa processing timelines in certain countries can extend over several weeks or even months. We strongly encourage all participants who may be subject to such constraints to verify the applicable processing times with their local French consular services well in advance.
In this regard, the Organizing Committee wishes to draw the attention of prospective authors to the benefit of submitting their contribution at the earliest opportunity. An early submission allows the review process to be initiated promptly and — subject to the standard review timeline — increases the likelihood of receiving an acceptance notification in time to initiate visa procedures without undue delay. The Committee trusts that this consideration will be of practical value to colleagues travelling from regions where administrative lead times are particularly significant.
