IEEE ISIE 2027 · Paris, France · June 30 - July 03, 2027

Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to prepare original contributions in industrial electronics for IEEE ISIE 2027. Submissions should clearly highlight their scientific, technical or application-oriented contribution to the energy transition and the intelligent digital transformation of modern industry.

Prepare Your Submission

Regular Papers must be prepared in the IEEE two-column conference format and submitted as PDF files. The official submission portal will be announced on this page as soon as it becomes available.

Authors should review the Call for Papers, identify the most appropriate Regular Track, check the Important Dates, and prepare their manuscript according to the IEEE conference template.

Submission Requirements

  • Language: English.
  • Submission category: Regular Paper.
  • Format: IEEE two-column conference template.
  • Submission file: PDF only.
  • Standard paper length: 6 pages, including title, authors, affiliations, figures and references.
  • Additional pages: up to 2 extra pages may be allowed, subject to an additional fee.
  • Track selection: authors should select one of the 24 Regular Tracks.
  • Final accepted papers must be checked through IEEE PDF eXpress when the conference ID is available.

Please make sure your manuscript is correctly formatted before submission. Only PDF files prepared in the required IEEE conference format should be submitted.

Submission System

Authors will submit their papers through the official IEEE ISIE 2027 submission system. The submission link will be provided on this page once the platform is open.

Until the submission system is available, authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscript, consult the Call for Papers and review the 24 Regular Tracks.

Submission Platform

The paper submission link will be available soon.

Formatting Instructions

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the official IEEE conference template. The manuscript must be converted to PDF before submission.

Formatting guidelines and templates are available on the official IEEE template page.

Track Selection

Authors should select the Regular Track that best matches the main contribution of their manuscript. IEEE ISIE 2027 covers a broad range of topics in industrial electronics, including energy systems, electrification, power electronics, electrical machines, control, robotics, sensing, industrial AI, cyber-physical systems, factory automation, resilience, standards and sustainable industrial technologies.

Please consult the Call for Papers, the Important Dates, and the Technical Tracks pages before submission.

PDF eXpress Compliance

To ensure that final manuscripts meet IEEE requirements, accepted papers will need to be verified using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool when the conference ID becomes available.

PDF eXpress allows authors to:

  • Check whether a PDF file complies with IEEE Xplore requirements.
  • Convert source files, such as Word or LaTeX, into IEEE-compliant PDF files.
  • Verify font embedding and file formatting before final submission.

The PDF eXpress site and the conference ID will be provided to authors after paper acceptance. Papers that do not meet IEEE requirements may not be included in the conference proceedings.

Review and Publication

All submitted papers will undergo peer review coordinated by the Technical Program Chairs and Track Co-Chairs. Papers will be evaluated according to scientific quality, originality, technical relevance, clarity and contribution to the field of industrial electronics.

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work for the paper to be included in the final program and proceedings.

Work-in-Progress Papers

Work-in-Progress Papers will follow a dedicated timeline and specific instructions. Authors interested in Work-in-Progress submissions should consult the Important Dates page and future updates on the conference website.
